Culture-fit assessment for recruiters
Turn culture fit from a hunch into evidence.
CultureFitr measures the candidate and the company on parallel forms of the same question set, then turns the overlap into a congruence score your client can read. Set up your first assessment free, in minutes.

Built for the desks that place for fit, not just skills
Place people who stay. Profile the company, profile the candidate, and read the overlap as a number, so culture stops being the one part of the brief nobody can evidence.
What you get
Everything the placement needs, nothing it doesn't.
No-login assessment links
One link per client or candidate. No accounts, no passwords, nothing to install. Progress saves itself if they close the tab.
Company profiles
Profile the client on the same instrument the candidate takes, so the comparison is like-for-like instead of a hunch against a job spec.
Deterministic fit score
A congruence figure computed from the two profiles, printed with the range it could have fallen in, plus per-dimension fit, so you can see exactly where the gap sits.
AI that narrates, never scores
The language model explains a number it was handed. It never invents one, so two readings of the same result never disagree.
Client-ready PDF reports
Share a live link or hand over a typeset A4 report with selectable text. Your private notes stay on your side of the wall.
Your own question bank
Start from the standard CultureFitr question set, then duplicate and edit it per sector. A test freezes the moment anyone answers it, so results stay comparable.
The problem
Every failed placement passed the interview.
Skills get screened. References get checked. But the thing that actually sinks placements, how a person likes to work versus how the company really works, never gets measured. It gets guessed, and the guess stays invisible until month nine.
46%
of new hires fail within 18 months.
89%
of those failures come down to attitude, not technical skill.

The science
Culture isn't a vibe. It's a position on a map.
The Competing Values Framework, four decades of organizational research by Cameron & Quinn, plots every culture on two tensions: flexibility versus stability, and internal versus external focus. Four quadrants fall out, and every person and every company weights them differently.
CultureFitr measures both sides on that same map, so fit stops being an opinion and becomes a distance you can calculate.

How it works
From first link to signed-off report in a day.
01
Profile the client
Send your client one link. Ten minutes of forced-choice questions produce a rigorous profile of how they actually operate, not how the careers page says they do.
02
Candidates rank, not rate
Each candidate ranks four statements per question, most like me to least. No account, no neutral fence-sitting, options reshuffled to blunt position bias.
03
Read the match
A deterministic congruence score, per-dimension fit, and written analysis grounded in the numbers. Share the link or hand over the PDF.
The candidate side
Eight minutes on a phone. No account, ever.
The lightest thing you will ever ask a candidate to do, and the only one that tells you how they actually like to work.
- No account, no password, no app to install.
- Eight minutes on a phone, between other things.
- Progress saves itself if they close the tab.
- Options reshuffle each load, so position bias cannot build.

The score is math. The words explain it. The decision stays yours.
The score is arithmetic
Fit is the overlap between two profiles that each sum to exactly 100. Same two profiles in, same number out: today, next quarter, and in front of your client.
The words only explain it
The narrative is generated after the score, from the score. It reads the result back in plain language for the hiring manager; it has no vote on the outcome.
The awkward parts are surfaced
Near-ties are reported as balanced profiles instead of forced into a winner. Straight-lining and speeding get flagged to you, quietly, and never to the candidate.

Placements on gut feel
- “Great energy in the interview” is the whole culture assessment.
- Fit gets argued after the fact, with no shared vocabulary.
- Every recruiter weighs culture differently, and invisibly.
- When a placement fails, nobody can say what was missed.
Placements on evidence
- Candidate and company measured on parallel forms of the same instrument.
- A congruence score everyone can point at, and challenge.
- Balanced profiles and response-quality flags called out honestly.
- A report and PDF your client keeps; your private notes stay yours.

Borrowed from research, not invented in a workshop.
The model
Cameron & Quinn, not an in-house invention
The Competing Values Framework comes out of four decades of organizational research and is one of the most widely applied culture models in the field. We did not design the map; we measure both sides of the placement on it.
The method
Forced choice, not a Likert scale
Ranking four statements per question stops everything scoring “important to me”. It removes the neutral middle, blunts acquiescence bias, and forces the trade-offs that actually distinguish one culture from another.
The maths
The same two profiles always give the same number
Fit is computed congruence between two profiles that each sum to exactly 100. Nothing is sampled and nothing is generated, so a score you quote today is the score your client sees next quarter.
The full method is published — item construction, the scoring formula, and an explicit account of what has not been validated. Read the methodology.
